We collect the information you choose to give us. Through the contact form on this site, that is your name, email address, the topic you select, and the message you send. Through the members space, we hold the artefacts, briefs, notes, and account details created during an engagement. Our web hosting may also record standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, deliver and administer engagements, operate the members space, and communicate with you about work you have asked us to do. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We disclose information only to the service providers that help us run the business, for example our infrastructure and email providers, and only as needed to deliver our services. Where required, we may disclose information to comply with the law. Some providers may store data outside Australia; we take reasonable steps to ensure they protect it to a comparable standard.
Information is held in reputable cloud services and protected with access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.
